Shipping

At Home ships to the contiguous U.S. only. Unfortunately at this time, they do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories. Shipping charges are determined by your order total. Shipping fees start at $10.95 for orders up to $45 and go up to $99.95 for orders over $300. Packages are sent via FedEx Ground and are expected to arrive within three to six business days. Local same-day or next-day delivery is also available on qualifying orders for $9.99. At Home does not offer free shipping on orders at this time. If you’d like to see the price breakdown, check the At Home website for a list of shipping fees based on the amount of your order. Shipping options and prices will also be displayed on the checkout page. You can also choose free in-store pickup if you live near an At Home store and your item is in stock.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply return it for a refund. At Home’s return policy allows customers to return unused items in the original packaging for a full refund within 60 days. If you’re an Insider Perks member, you get an extended return window of 90 days to return your unused items. Some items, like Christmas decor, will be refunded for the current selling price after the holiday, even if you have a receipt. You can return items both in-store and online. If you mail back your items for return, a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. At Home does not provide exchanges. If you’d like an exchange, you can return your item and purchase another in a different transaction.

If you’re a frequent shopper, be sure to sign up for At Home’s rewards program. The At Home Insider Perks is a free membership rewards program available to all customers. All you have to do is sign up is enter your name and email on their website. Just for signing up, you’ll earn a 10% welcome coupon, a 15% annual birthday coupon and many other perks. Insider Perks members enjoy an extended 90-day return window, hassle-free receiptless returns, special pricing on select deals and more. Cardholders of the At Home credit card also receive extra bonuses like a $5 rewards certificate for every $100 spent, 5% back on At Home purchases, 10% off your first purchase and special financing options.

New members receive a 10% welcome coupon and a 15% annual birthday coupon to be used online or in-store at any At Home location. At Home is proud to offer a 10% discount to active and retired service members and their families. It’s easy to get this discount by presenting your Military card in-store before paying. This discount is only available in-store and cannot currently be redeemed online.
