CVS usually runs sales to celebrate Black Friday and Cyber Monday. In addition, the retailer runs sales on seasonal clearance items after holidays, such as Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas.

Return Policy

CVS provides a full refund on most nonprescription products returned within 60 days of purchase. Items should be new, unused and unopened.

CVS allows extra wiggle room on returns for CVS Brand products and beauty purchases. CVS Brand and beauty products can be returned for any reason, opened or unopened.

CVS Store Pickup

CVS lets you order items online and pick them up in-store in as little as one hour. This service is free and available at most locations. To place an order for pickup, place an order online and choose “Store Pickup." You will receive an email alert when your order is ready.
