For billing changes to take effect on the 17th of the month, written notices must be received in person or by mail by the 10th, allowing up to seven business days for processing. To halt the billing of the annual fee, cancellations must be completed by the 25th of the preceding month. If your membership has a minimum term and is terminated before the contract term ends, a buyout fee is applicable.
