PrettyLittleThing offers Standard, Two-Day and Next-Day shipping within the U.S. Standard shipping is $4, Two-Day shipping is $14.99 and Next-Day shipping is $29.99. Expedited shipping options are not available to P.O. boxes. PLT will occasionally give out free shipping coupons to shoppers who have subscribed to their email list.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your order from PrettyLittleThing, simply return it for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your package. Items must be in new condition with all tags still attached. Simply repack all your items that you’re sending back for return, print your return label from their return portal then drop your package off at your local post office. Once your items have been received and processed, you’ll get your money back minus $4 for return shipping. Some items like body jewelry or beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
