Returns & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, visit the “Start a return” page of the Skims website. Domestic returns must be requested within 30 days of the order date for a refund or store credit. Once the return label is generated, you will have 14 days to drop it off at a local carrier for a refund. After 14 days, you can contact customer service for a new label and return your order for store credit. U.S. returns incur a $6 shipping fee deducted from the refund, waived if opting for store credit. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Returned products must be unworn with tags attached. Final sale items, worn or noncompliant returns may not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. Orders take three to five business days to process. Via UPS, Economy shipping takes five to eight business days to deliver, Ground takes four to six business days, Express takes two to three business days, and Priority takes one to two business days. Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses require Economy shipping and have varying transit times.

Pickup Options

Two-hour delivery service is available for select regions within Los Angeles. Residents in eligible ZIP codes, within 10 miles of 90004, can have a curated selection of Skims’ best-selling styles delivered to their doorstep within two hours via Uber. Orders can be placed from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT, Monday to Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, Friday to Sunday. Delivery updates will be provided via email or SMS, including notifications as your driver approaches. Orders may be accepted in person by presenting a valid ID and order confirmation, or shoppers can specify during checkout whether the driver should leave the package in a safe place.
