Shipping

It’s important to note that every Society6 product is made to order, so a production time of three to four business days is required before your item can ship. Certain oversize items such as yoga mats, rugs, large canvases and furniture may not be available to ship in all areas. Shipping costs vary by your location, size of items that you have ordered and speed of delivery. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page. Unfortunately Society6 does not typically offer free shipping. However, they may send out free shipping promos every once in a while. Be sure to watch your emails and text alerts for any new free shipping promotions that Society6 may post.

Returns

Since you’re buying from an independent artist, Society6 hopes you love your purchase. But in the event that you don’t, they’ll try to make it right. All Society6 returns must be in unused, unworn condition and submitted within 60 days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Since every Society6 purchase is made to order and pays an artist directly, all returns must be reviewed and approved by Society6 customer service. Some items like gift cards, personal items and large furniture are final sale and nonrefundable.

Rewards

Society6 does not have a typical rewards or loyalty program at this time. But they do have a referral program so you can share the love with friends and family. After creating a referral link on their website, you can earn Society6 rewards by referring a friend. After they make a qualifying purchase, you and your friend will both score a $15 off code for a future purchase.
